Once we receive your request, we will send you a tour proposal that outlines the itinerary, inclusions, and cost of the tour. If you agree to the proposal, we will send you a payment invoice. Payment must be received in full before the tour is confirmed and scheduled. The Company accepts various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and sometimes you may need to adjust your tour. If such a situation arises, please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. We're here to assist you and will strive to accommodate your needs accordingly.

In the event of a cancellation, our refund policy is as follows: If you cancel your tour within 60 days prior to the start date, you will receive a refund of 80% of the tour fee. This refund is intended to cover the costs associated with rebooking the tour and compensate the Company for the time and resources invested in preparing for your tour.

If you cancel within 30-60 days prior to the start date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the tour fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure are not eligible for any refund. 

Please note that a non-refundable deposit per person will be taken at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and serves to secure your tour and cover the costs associated with processing your booking.
